Rebecca Vostri

Rebecca Vostri is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of People & Culture at MBB Group since January 2025, Rebecca leads initiatives in a top advisory and engineering firm focused on critical infrastructure. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Business Organisational Transformation Executive at Scope (Aust), where efforts were directed towards enhancing services for individuals with disabilities. From June 2016 to September 2023, Rebecca was the Global Senior Director of HR Business Partners at Wiley, overseeing HR strategies during a significant period of digital transformation. Additional roles include Chief People Officer at Kay & Burton and Senior Manager of Human Resources at the University of Melbourne, where Rebecca managed large-scale HR initiatives and organizational changes. Rebecca holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's in Asian Studies/Communication from the University of Adelaide.
