Agnes Ricoux

Agnes Ricoux is an experienced EHS Manager for Pozzolith Solutions Ltd. (part of the MBCC Group) in Japan since December 2020. Previously held roles at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from January 2011 to November 2020, progressing from Consultant to Principal Consultant, focusing on energy auditing, energy management, and implementation of ISO 50001 Management Systems. Served as a Consultant at Rio Tinto on the Simandou Project, coordinating permits and leading a team of over 20 professionals. Prior experience includes team leadership at Environmental Efficiency overseeing energy audits and environmental management, and assisting the HSE Manager at Pechiney in industrial waste management. Education in Industrial Processing was obtained at INSA Toulouse, resulting in a Master of Engineering degree.
