Stefan Wuennemann

Stefan Wuennemann currently serves as the Site and Plant General Manager for MBCC Group, overseeing the Oldenburg Site and Production Plant, with a focus on site and plant development, organizational restructuring, and management system implementation. Prior to this role, Stefan held several positions at BASF, including Plant General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed plant restructuring and SAP system introduction. Other notable experience includes marketing leadership at Vesuvius and various managerial roles at BASF, such as Business Manager for Wind Turbine Grout Projects and Senior Manager of New Business Incubation. Stefan began their career as a consultant at Bain & Company and has a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Münster.
