James Leaf

James Leaf is an experienced professional in the strata management and operations sectors, currently serving as the Director, Owner, and Strata Manager at MBCM Strata Specialists since May 2022, where oversight of the Elwood, Elsternwick, and St Kilda branches is maintained through active participation in AGMs. Previously, James held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Landchecker from July 2016 to April 2022, leading operations and product development for a SaaS platform. Prior to this, James served as General Manager at Spence Doors, managing operations across multiple manufacturing sites, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Reeson Education, specializing in placing teachers in various educational roles. James holds a Master’s Degree in Property from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Australian Catholic University.
