Claire Burgess

Claire Burgess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and performance management. Currently serving as the Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer at MBDA since March 2022, Claire is managing the implementation of IFS in the Plant and Transport division of Clancy Plant Hire. Previously, Claire held the roles of Head of Performance and Systems and Performance Manager at Clancy Plant from August 2011 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Supervisor at Clancy Docwra from May 2006 to August 2011, overseeing apprenticeship and graduate programs and contributing to the successful implementation of the IFS ERP system. Claire holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Buckinghamshire New University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from the University of Northampton.
