Jitesh Vaghela

Jitesh Vaghela has extensive experience in manufacturing, project management, and business transformation within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Head of Manufacturing - Prototype & Development at MBDA since June 2021, Jitesh previously held roles such as Business Transformation Lead and Programme Manager at Leonardo, where responsibilities included overseeing technology-driven transformation initiatives and leading service solutions. Earlier experience includes managing significant projects for Selex ES and SELEX Galileo, focusing on European test equipment obsolescence and Typhoon export support. Jitesh has held various managerial positions across several organizations, including BAE Systems and Leax Controls, and possesses a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
