Nathan Potter

Nathan Potter has extensive experience at MBDA, serving in various roles since 2002 and currently as the Head of Emerging Technologies. In this position, Nathan leads a team focused on identifying and developing new technologies, working closely with senior management and stakeholders. Additionally, Nathan acts as a Lead Innovation Facilitator, designing and facilitating workshops for diverse groups. Previous roles include Lead Technologist and Principal Systems Engineer within the Emerging Technologies team, where Nathan focused on prototyping and advancing novel concepts. Nathan began his career as an Undergraduate Engineer, gaining valuable experience in research and development projects. Academically, Nathan holds an MPhil and an MPhys in Physics from the University of Bath.
