Becky Wymer

Becky Wymer is an experienced librarian with a robust background in systems and emerging technologies, currently serving as the Head Librarian of Systems and Emerging Technologies at Creighton University since January 2013. Wymer holds an ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Release, Control and Validation obtained in October 2019, along with previous roles as Interim University Librarian and Senior Systems Librarian, and certifications including ITIL Foundations, Alma Certified Administrator, and SCRUM Master. Prior experience includes serving as Systems Librarian at Bellevue University, Reference Associate at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Library Assistant at Emmanuel School of Religion. Wymer earned a Master of Arts in Library Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Science from Nebraska Christian College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Wayne State College.
