Donald Butts

Donald Butts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Scouting at Nokia, Donald leads efforts to leverage emerging technologies for new business opportunities. As a Strategy Executive Member of The Outthinker Strategy Network and a Startup Mentor at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, Donald contributes to high-level strategy discussions and mentors startups on business strategies. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Strategy at InterDigital, where Donald focused on wireless technologies, and Director of Strategy at HARMAN International, where responsibilities included driving product innovation and cross-divisional planning.
