Richard Fielding

Richard (Richie) Fielding is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Product Assurance Engineer at MBDA since June 2022, Richie has previously held positions as a Continuing Airworthiness Engineer at Aeropeople Ltd and Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group. Richie’s career began at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included roles as an Aircraft Electrical Inspector/Supervisor. With a strong background in airworthiness and engineering, Richie has developed expertise in product assurance and technical oversight throughout various roles.
