Shaun Gledhill

Shaun Gledhill currently serves as Principal Commercial Officer for Force Protection Export at MBDA, overseeing maritime Weapon System export contracts in North America, South America, and Europe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shaun was Business Development Manager for Aerospace & Defence at Akkodis from January to June 2023 and worked as Commercial Executive for Boeing, contributing to the P-8A Poseidon programme from May 2020 to January 2023. Shaun also gained experience at General Dynamics UK Limited as part of a rotational graduate programme in various business operations from September 2018 to April 2020, and began a career in defence as an Account Analyst at EUROCITY, serving European Defence and Aerospace clients from July 2016 to July 2017. Shaun holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business and Management from Aston University.
