Zipporah Klain

Zipporah Klain is a software engineer currently employed at Metron, Inc. since June 2021, after completing a role as an associate software engineer. Prior experience includes a production technology internship at Blue Sky Studios, where Zipporah developed Autodesk Maya plugins and C++ Pixar Renderman nodes. Earlier roles as an undergraduate research assistant at UChicago Medicine, the Harris School of Public Policy, and the University of Chicago Department of Computer Science involved innovative projects in natural language processing, diversity metrics, and programming assignment analysis, leading to co-authorship of academic papers. Zipporah's early career also includes teaching various subjects at Fairfax Collegiate, LLC. Zipporah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Sociology with Honors from the University of Chicago.
