Jordan Deso

Jordan Deso is a Software & Hardware Support Engineer at MBF Bioscience since March 2021, providing remote technical support and overseeing CRM system management. Previously, Jordan served as an Assembly Technician, ensuring quality in PC and microscope systems while delivering customer support. Experience also includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont for programming and cybersecurity courses, as well as member service and facility operations at a fitness center. Jordan coordinated activities as Head Counselor at St. Albans Recreational Department and held various teaching support positions at Maple Run Unified School District. Jordan holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Development from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.
