Jocelyn Thompson

Jocelyn Thompson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Interim Global Head of HR at MBH Architects since November 2024, overseeing HR operations during a leave of absence. Prior to this role, Jocelyn has been the CEO and Strategic Fractional Head of People at WorkVision Consulting since January 2020, providing strategic guidance to enhance team performance. Between January 2022 and January 2024, Jocelyn served as the Director of People & Culture at Energy Innovation Policy and Technology LLC, where responsibilities included leading HR strategies, compliance, and technology implementation. Earlier roles include People Manager at Fort Point Beer Company and Director of Human Resources at Trader Vic's Worldwide, focusing on employee strategy, DEI initiatives, and corporate HR management. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University and a Certificate in Compensation Studies from Cornell University.
