Amy Franey is a seasoned professional in the real estate and settlement industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Settlement Processor at MBH Settlement Group, L.C. since February 2018, Amy has previously held roles such as Settlement Manager at Entitle Settlement Services and Commercial Sales Assistant II at BB&T. Amy possesses in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local real estate laws as well as commercial loan policies and procedures. Educational credentials include a Certified Real Estate Settlement Agent designation from the Virginia Land Title Association and various studies at BB&T University, Laurel Ridge Community College, and the Moseley Flint School of Real Estate, along with licensure as a Virginia Licensed Title Insurance Underwriter.
