Kathleen Reagan, CIA, CFE, CRMA, CCSA, serves as the Managing Director of Internal Audit at MBIA since February 2000, leading the execution of the internal audit plan and overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley and Model Audit Rule Management's Testing of Internal Controls, along with operational risk oversight. Reagan has been with MBIA Insurance Corp. since February 1996, holding positions of Director and Managing Director of Internal Audit. Kathleen Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Saint Elizabeth University.
