Noeleen McGovern

Noeleen McGovern has extensive experience in administrative support, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to both the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at MBIA since July 2004. Prior to this role, Noeleen worked as a Marketing Associate at Siguler Guff & Company from June 2001 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Office Administration from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a Certificate in Communications and Management from the Education and Training Board, Sligo, Ireland, along with a High School Diploma from Moyne Community School.
