Assoc. Cipd Adelina Petrova

Adelina Petrova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Adelina began their career as an Assistant Accountant at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in April 2007, before transitioning to roles in human resources at ContourGlobal. At ContourGlobal, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Officer from August 2009 to June 2012, a Human Resources Coordinator from June 2012 to December 2014, and finally as a Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to present. Most recently, Adelina Petrova joined MBition in August 2023 as the Head of HR.

Adelina Petrova, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse education history. In 2012-2013, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Diploma in Human Resources Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT. Adelina further expanded their knowledge in change management by acquiring a certification as a Certified Practitioner from Prosci® in 2018. In 2016-2017, they pursued a Mini MBA program at PwC's Academy Bulgaria, focusing on various aspects of business administration. Adelina Petrova also holds a Master's Degree in International Business and Management from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, which they completed from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Economic Relations from the same institution between 2005 and 2009. Lastly, in 2000-2005, they completed their high school education at the High School of Economics, Stara Zagora, specializing in Accounting and Control.

In addition to their extensive academic pursuits, Adelina Petrova has obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they received the Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci. Two months earlier, in February 2018, they were certified as a coach by Intunity Coaches.
