Matthias Grotzke

Matthias Grotzke is an experienced expert in UI/UX design currently working at MBition since March 2023. Previously, Matthias held various leadership roles at Goodpatch from March 2016 to February 2023, focusing on scaling design systems, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering a design-driven culture. Matthias has also served as a university lecturer in user-centered design at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, guiding design teams and nurturing individual development throughout a career that includes freelance roles and foundational experience in graphic design. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationsdesign from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and has completed studies in Kommunikation & Marketing at Akademie für Absatzwirtschaft Kassel.
