Dusty Ratledge is an experienced HR and people systems professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture Systems at MBK Real Estate Companies since April 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources Operations Manager at Anderson Holdings and Manager of People Analytics & Systems at the Automobile Club of Southern California, where Dusty led teams in implementing and optimizing HR technologies, notably Workday.
