Dale Grigg

Dale Grigg has more than 45 years of construction experience including contract administration, program management, construction management, and quality control and quality assurance. His expertise includes heavy highway and bridge construction, construction materials, road, bridge, and pavement design, site-civil, and building construction. His experience includes a 35-year career with VDOT, 28 years working directly within its Lynchburg District. Dale’s experience also includes scheduling, budgeting, constructibility and value engineering reviews, dispute resolution and negotiating. He has managed multiple CEI contracts as construction inspector coordinator and spent 12 years as District Construction Engineer for VDOT in Lynchburg.
