Shonne Bass

Shonne Bass has over 20 years of work experience in organizational change management. Shonne began their career in 1999 as an OCM Consultant for Accenture. In 2008, they moved to Enaxis Consulting, where they served as a Behavior Change Management Senior Consultant and Senior Consultant. In 2010, they joined Baker Hughes as an Organizational Change Management Manager, where they implemented standard practices, process, and technologies related to organizational change management. In 2014, they rejoined Accenture as a T & O Change Manager. Since 2019, Shonne has been a Senior Manager at mBridge Solutions Inc.

Shonne Bass has studied Communication at the University of Houston and the University of Maryland, with a focus on Organizational Communication and General studies.
