Michael Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Quality Inspection Services in 2002. Michael then moved on to Convergys, where they held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Methods & Procedures Associate, and Team Lead/Supervisor. During their time at Convergys, they were involved in successful project development and deployment, resulting in cost savings for the client. Michael also worked as a Support Specialist at Mercy Health and as a Support Center Technician I at First Financial Bank. In 2015, they joined Makino as a Crane Operator/Rigger, and later transitioned into the role of Buyer/Material Coordinator. In 2020, they joined UC Health as a Material Coordinator before moving to their current role as a Buyer/Sourcing Agent at MBS Professional Staffing in 2021. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, meet quality metrics, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Michael Pierce attended Warren County Career Center from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Information Technology - CCNA. Prior to that, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Dayton from 1972 to 1974 and obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Before pursuing higher education, they completed their high school education at Sycamore High School from 1968 to 1972.
