Phatela Mosothoane

Phatela Mosothoane has extensive work experience in the field of technology and enterprise systems. They began their career at Accenture in 2005, where they worked as an Analyst for one year before moving up to the role of Consultant. In 2010, they became a Manager at Accenture and held this position until 2013.

In 2013, Mosothoane joined Copart as a Director, overseeing Back Office Systems. They held this position for one year before being promoted to VP of Enterprise Systems in 2014. They served in this role for three years before taking on the position of VP of Enterprise Process in 2017. Their tenure at Copart ended in 2018.

Currently, Mosothoane works at MBSi Corp. as the CTO, a role they have held since October 2018.

Phatela Mosothoane attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting. In addition, Phatela obtained the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2017.
