Amy Tiffan

Amy Tiffan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Amy is currently working at Mercedes-Benz USA since 2019, where they started as Head of Talent Development and later moved on to become the Head of Talent Development & Acquisition for North America. Prior to this, they worked at MarketSource Inc. from 2014 to 2019, where they held the positions of Director of Talent Development and Senior Talent Development Manager. Before that, they worked at Medtech from 2010 to 2014, serving as the VP of Associate & Faculty Development and later as the Senior Director of Associate Engagement. Amy also has experience working at JJG/Jacobs Engineering Group, Jordan, Jones & Goulding, ExecuTrain of Atlanta, Benchmark Brands, and Lanier Worldwide in various roles related to training, development, marketing, and sales support.

Amy Tiffan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Flagler College.
