Cliff Cieslak

Cliff Cieslak is an experienced professional in both automotive sales operations and military leadership. Since August 2015, Cieslak has held various roles at Mercedes-Benz USA, progressing to the position of Sales Operations Manager and Aftersales Operations Manager, where responsibilities include consulting and assisting a network of 10 dealerships on service, parts, and customer experience. Cieslak has also served in the GA Army National Guard, currently as Battalion Commander and previously as Brigade Operations Officer and Fire Support Coordinator, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills across multiple ranks. Cieslak's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and advanced military training at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
