Lars N. Minns has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lars N. began their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek in 1998 and later moved on to The Net Tech Group where they served as an Account Manager from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined The Home Depot as a Manager, specializing in Talent Management and Executive Development. Lars N. Minns continued to grow within the organization and held various senior management positions, including Sr. Manager of Talent Management in Supply Chain (2010-2012) and Sr. Mgr. of Talent Management in Operations, Services, Finance, and IT (2012-2013). From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Sr. Mgr. of Talent Acquisition for Services at The Home Depot. In 2015, they transitioned to Mercedes-Benz USA, where they served as the Head of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition until 2018. Lars N. then took on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Mercedes-Benz USA. Lars N. Minns is currently a Member of Leadership Atlanta and served as a Board Member for 21st Century Leaders from 2011 to 2012.
Lars N. Minns obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton University between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts degree at the University of The Bahamas from 1992 to 1995. Lars N. Minns also holds a High School Diploma from St. Augustine's College, which they earned between 1986 and 1992. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification as an Agile HR Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community in 2021.
