Heidi Dinter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Heidi Dinter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a retired professional who most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at MBX Systems starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various companies, including Woodland Foods, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources from September 2011 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a self-employed Human Resources Consultant for various clients from May 2000 to September 2011. Heidi also had experience as a Contract Recruiter at Watlow in 2011, and as the Human Resources Manager at FCm Travel Solutions from May 2004 to October 2010. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Deublin Company from December 1998 to June 2000, the Director of Human Resources at VisionTek from January 1997 to December 1998, and the Vice President of Employee Services at Medline Industries, Inc from January 1989 to January 1997.

Heidi Dinter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management from the University of Arizona. Heidi also graduated from Guilford High School. In 1993, they acquired the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
