David Novo

David Novo, CFA, currently serves as the Strategy and M&A Manager at MCA, where responsibilities include the origination, valuation, and execution of M&A and Venture Capital opportunities in sectors such as renewables, waste-to-energy, infrastructure, and healthcare. Prior to this, David held various roles at CaixaBank, including M&A Associate and M&A Senior Analyst, focusing on buy-side advisory in renewable energy transactions. David's career began at Banco BPI, where positions ranged from M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst to Senior Analyst, along with internships at FirstOnly, Lda, Banco de Portugal, and NOVO BANCO. David's academic credentials include a Master’s in Finance from FEP U. Porto and a recent Executive Education in Venture Capital from IE Business School.
