International Director, Operational Finance at MCA BENELUX

Natacha Lebreton is the International Director of Operational Finance at MCA BENELUX. Natacha has been with the company for nine years and two months, during which time they have held the positions of Directrice Finance Opérationnelle, Responsable Ressources Humaines, and Chargée Ressources Humaines. In their current role, they are responsible for the administration of personnel (ADP), administration of sales (ADV), and financial and operational control of management (CDG) for the company's international operations. This includes recruiting and managing international ADP, ADV, and CDG teams (local and/or based in France), overseeing the application of all personnel administration processes in subsidiary companies, deploying tools to digitize ADP processes, overseeing the entire billing process (from receipt of orders to follow-up on unpaid invoices and management of disputes as needed), monitoring associated indicators (DSO, aged receivables), and sensitizing operational teams to the importance of managing the cash flow of their respective areas. Natacha also provides support to the Group Management team and Directors/Managers of each subsidiary by preparing annual budgets and forecasts, communicating and sharing monthly reports to track results and profitability of each entity with Directors/Managers, analyzing and explaining variances between actual, budgeted, and prior year results, and developing recommendations and corrective actions based on these analyses. In addition, they oversee operational control of management activity related to commissioning sales teams and its application. Prior to their current role, Ms. Lebreton was responsible for deploying HR processes and strategy for all international subsidiaries of the group under the direct supervision of Group Management. Her duties included recruiting and supervising HR teams based in international subsidiaries (eight employees), adapting and deploying personnel administration processes in all subsidiaries, training local HR teams, supporting subsidiary Directors/Managers and operational managers in managing their teams, managing collective relations in Belgium (CE, CPPT) by supervising preparation for meetings with local HR teams and participating in meetings with representatives of employees, managing disciplinary procedures and litigation with local directors and lawyers, and keeping up-to-date on legal developments. Before that, they managed a team of 120 consultants and an assistant HR manager responsible for HR management of consultants working for our clients in France (outside of Île-de-France). Her duties included personnel administration from entry to exit of employees: drafting employment contracts and amendments, following probationary periods, managing leave, managing travel and secondments of consultants, drafting various administrative letters and memos, managing variable pay elements, processing employee exits (resignations and severance agreements). Natacha also managed training by defining and implementing a training plan, organizing and managing different training actions. In addition, they managed social relations by organizing and participating in meetings of the Works Council (Comité d’Entreprise), drafting documents presented such as the social report, training professional reports, etc.), disciplinary procedures/litigation by managing disciplinary files, directly contacting lawyers to define and implement applicable procedures, drafting letters, representing the company before the labor court (conseil des Prud'hommes), and monitoring cases. Lastly, they supported operational teams on issues related to social regulation and helped them integrate HR considerations into their decision-making; they also kept up-to-date on legal developments.

Natacha Lebreton holds a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources and Social Relations from ISGP - ESA3 - Talis Business School Campus Paris, which they obtained in 2011. Natacha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Management from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, which they obtained in 2008.
