Joshua A. Decker

Joshua A. Decker, RLA, is an accomplished landscape architect with extensive experience in design and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Design at McAdams since March 2015, Joshua has held various leadership roles within the company, including Principal Landscape Architect and Director of Landscape Architecture. Prior to McAdams, Joshua worked at ColeJenest & Stone from April 2008 to March 2015, advancing from Site Designer II to Project Manager. Earlier in the career, Joshua gained valuable experience as a Site/Landscape Designer at The LandArt Company/DDC Engineers. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University between 2001 and 2006.
