Nick Dabbs

Nick Dabbs, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at McAdams since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at Charah Solutions, Inc. from February 2017 to April 2023, including Manager of HR Technology, Sr Recruiter, Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Nick also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Maestro Health for a brief period in late 2016. Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Covenant College (2012-2016) and obtained a Human Resources Certification from Central Piedmont Community College in 2016, following completion of high school at Covenant Day School in 2012.
