Craig Buchan

Craig Buchan is a shareholder and attorney at McAfee & Taft, with a practice focused on complex litigation, including business disputes, products liability, drug and medical device litigation, and oil and gas litigation. Recognized as an AV Preeminent-rated trial lawyer, Craig has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies across various sectors in all phases of civil litigation, from discovery to appeals. Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in August 2014, Craig practiced law at Atkinson, Haskins, Nellis, Brittingham, Gladd, & Fiasco from May 2002 to July 2014, specializing in litigation. Craig holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma (2002) and a BBA in Finance from the same institution (1999).
