Miloskha D'Mello

Miloskha D'Mello has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a particular focus on recruitment and consulting. Miloskha is currently working as the Manager of Human Resources at mCaffeine since June 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Cipla, where they served as Deputy Manager of Human Resources from July 2022 to May 2023, and Assistant Manager of Human Resources from June 2019 to July 2022. Miloskha also worked as a Senior Recruitment Associate at Honeywell Aerospace from March 2017 to February 2019. Miloskha's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Recruitment Associate at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus from November 2013 to December 2016, as well as an Associate Consultant at CareerNet Consulting from November 2011 to May 2013. Miloskha began their career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at DreamGains Financials India Private Limited in April 2011.

Miloskha D'Mello completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Goa jobs and careers, spanning from 2006 to 2009.
