Vikas Lachhwani

Vikas Lachhwani has a strong quantitative research background and has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Vikas began their career as a Project Assistant at the Center for Advanced Spatial Information Research, developing spatial networks and databases for Internet GIS based transit trip planning systems. In 2004, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Urban Transportation Studies, where they developed a comprehensive procedure for traffic engineers for choosing appropriate ATIS configurations for work zones.

In 2008, Vikas became a Consultant at Mu Sigma, where they were responsible for business development and client delivery, consulting on retail analytics and quantitative evaluation of strategies. In 2010, they founded and became the Managing Director of TRUSANGA, a research driven and innovation oriented company with a passion to redefine HR Development. In 2014, they joined ZoomCar as the Senior Vice-President of Operations and Growth, spearheading pan-India expansion for the company. Finally, in 2015, Vikas became the Director and Co-Founder of MCaffeine, India's first Caffeine Infused Personal Care Brand.

Vikas Lachhwani's education history includes a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, which they completed in 2003. Vikas then went on to pursue a MS in Transportation Engineering and a MUP in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they completed in 2005. Finally, they began a PhD in Marketing at the Lubar School of Business, UWM in 2005, which they are still in the process of completing (abd).
