Cynthia Garza

Cynthia Garza has held various roles throughout their career. Cynthia began working at Target in 2006, starting as an Executive Team Leader-Human Resources. Cynthia then moved on to become an Executive Team Leader-Logistics from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a District Facilities Manager. Finally, they served as a Store Director at Target from 2012 until 2016. In 2017, Cynthia joined the City of McAllen, TX as Deputy Director of Human Resources.

Cynthia Garza attended The University of Texas-Pan American from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
