Christina Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Christina started their career as a Marketing/Sales Representative at Southwest Airlines in 2002. In 2004, they transitioned into the education sector, working as a Teacher at the Brownsville Independent School District until 2011. Christina then moved on to serve as Assistant HR Director at the City of Brownsville, Texas from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Christina held the position of Director of Human Resources at the City Of Edinburg from 2014 to 2016. Currently, since October 2016, they have been working as the Human Resources Director for the City of McAllen, TX.
Christina Flores, IPMA HR - SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Methodist University from 1999 to 2002.
