Ed Williams has a diverse work experience in public service and legal roles. Ed recently joined McAllister & Quinn, LLC in 2015 as Vice President & General Counsel, providing consulting services and managing legal matters for the firm. Prior to that, they worked in the United States Senate for Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr. from 2007 to 2014, serving as State Director & Senior Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Appropriations Director. Ed also worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for Representative Paul E. Kanjorski from 2000 to 2007, holding roles such as Appropriations Director, Legislative Correspondent, and Staff Assistant. Additionally, they had a role in the U.S. Department of Education as a Staff Assistant for the America Reads Challenge Program from 1999 to 2000.

Ed Williams attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government. Ed then pursued higher education at American University from 1999 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in Political Science and Government. Ed Williams furthered their education at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
