Jessica Zamiska has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jessica began their professional career as a Graduate Intern and Pittsburgh International Children's Festival Assistant at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust in 2008. From there, they held various roles at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, including Manager of Visitor Services and Manager of Grants and Member Relations. Jessica then transitioned to Chatham University, where they worked as an Assistant Director for Corporate, Foundation and Government Relations and a Corporate, Foundation and Government Grants Officer. Jessica also worked at New York University as a Stewardship Officer/Project Manager and at The George Washington University as a School Research Administrator. Most recently, they worked at McAllister & Quinn as a Managing Director. Additionally, Jessica has been self-employed as a Professional Singer and a Freelance Fundraising Consultant/Grant Writer. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in fundraising, grant writing, project management, and donor relations.

Jessica Zamiska completed their bachelor's degree in Communications and Rhetoric at the University of Pittsburgh from 2004 to 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature at the University of Pittsburgh. Following that, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Sport, Art, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University, completing their studies in 2009.
