Sylvia Franz

Sylvia Franz started their work experience in 1994 at Concordia University, where they worked as a Coach/Manager for the Women's Soccer Program until 2005. In 1996, they joined TEFF Administration as an Administrator and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Sylvia worked at MCAP as an Asset Recovery Specialist-Team Lead in the Default Management department. Sylvia was then promoted to the position of Sr. Manager, Default Management until 2016. Currently, they hold the role of Associate Director - Business Technology Group at MCAP.

Sylvia Franz has a diverse education history. Sylvia obtained their BPE degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Alberta. Sylvia has also pursued additional certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Discipline Agilist from the Disciplined Agile Consortium and the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute. In addition, Sylvia has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as virtual meetings, business analysis, emotional intelligence, and digital transformation.
