Anne Watson

Anne Watson has a strong background in Human Resources, with over 30 years of experience. Anne began their career at Mackies in 1987 as a Human Resources Officer and stayed with the company until 1992. From 1993 to 1995, they worked at Valence Technology, also in a Human Resources role. In 1996, they moved to O'Hara's Bakeries Ltd as a Human Resources Manager, where they stayed until 1998. Anne then joined Goldenvale as a Human Resources Officer and worked there until 2001. Their most recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at McAvoy Group, a role they have held since 2001.

Anne Watson attended Belfast Institute from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a CIPD degree. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Wallace High School from 1978 to 1985. Additionally, Anne earned a NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety from Lisburn College, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
