Adeel Akhtar

Adeel Akhtar, Syed, is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Unit Head - First Vice President at MCB Bank Limited since June 2016, Adeel has previously held the role of Senior Manager - Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, Adeel worked at Allied Bank Limited from November 2007 to May 2016 as a Senior Credit Risk Reviewer, where responsibilities included conducting comprehensive credit risk assessments across various borrower categories. Adeel's earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at IGI - International General Insurance Co. Ltd., managing corporate clients and handling claim resolutions. Adeel holds an M.Com degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Central Punjab and is a member of ACCA.
