Humaid Merchant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer and digital marketing, strategic public relations, and client management. Currently serving as the Department Head of Consumer & Digital Marketing at MCB Bank Limited since November 2015, Humaid has demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring capabilities while overseeing vendor selection and performance. Previously, as the Unit Head of Strategic Public Relations at the same institution, Humaid developed impactful PR initiatives that enhanced the bank's image and collaborated with notable figures. Earlier career roles include Senior Communication Analyst at The Urban Unit, Senior Publicist at Lotus Client Management & Public Relations, Client Service Manager at Asiatic Public Relations Network, and Management Associate at SMEDA.
