Syed Absar Ahmed

Syed Absar Ahmed currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Support Information Technology at MCB-Arif Habib Savings & Investments since May 2023. Prior to this role, Syed worked at Ora-Tech Systems from July 2019 to April 2023 as a System Administrator, managing Active Directory, and served as a Dell Enterprise Support Engineer, overseeing warranty cases for Dell products. From January 2014 to June 2019, Syed held multiple positions at Micro Innovations & Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd, including Dell Enterprise Engineer and Dell Support Coordinator, focusing on warranty management and client communication. Syed holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Preston University, completed in 2021, and received early training in customer support ethics and interaction at The Crescent Academy.
