Natacha Cesar Choyen, PMP, has extensive experience in project management within the HR sector at MCB Group since July 2016, serving as Project Manager, HR Strategic Office Lead, and Human Resources Project Manager. Responsibilities include prioritizing, planning, and executing HR transformational projects, advancing operational HR initiatives, and assessing the Oracle EBS system for key HR processes, while reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources. Previously, from July 2011 to July 2014, Natacha was involved in the implementation of core banking system projects within MCB Group's overseas subsidiaries and led the deployment of GIEOM software for training and process documentation during the core banking system implementation at MCB Mauritius.
