Patricia (Sin) Koo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as Digitalisation Manager and Adviser to the MCB Steering Committee for Projects at MCB Group since February 2004, Patricia has played a vital role in project prioritization and selection, as well as overseeing significant transformations within the bank. Previous roles include Head of Projects, where critical initiatives such as the establishment of the first Project Office and a bank-wide Back Office transformation plan were led. Earlier in their career, Patricia co-founded BTI Consulting Ltd and served as Executive Director, building a substantial customer portfolio and establishing a thriving IT consulting firm. With a strong foundation in strategic services from positions at DCDM Consulting and De Chazal Du Mée, alongside auditing experience from Deloitte & Touche in London, Patricia's educational credentials include being a Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW and holding a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Cass Business School.
