Brendan Harman

Brendan Harman has a strong background in capital markets, with their most recent role being as the Director of Capital Markets at MCB Real Estate LLC since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, where they held positions as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Capital Markets department from February 2015 to March 2023.

Before joining MacKenzie, Brendan held internships at J.P. Morgan in 2012 and at Heritage Financial Consultants LLC from 2009 to 2011.

Brendan Harman completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Management from the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Masters of Science (MS) in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their university education, Brendan attended Towson High School but did not receive a degree. In addition to their formal education, Brendan obtained the Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 2013.
