Avik Mitra

Avik Mitra possesses extensive experience in IT project support, particularly in managing multiple SAP and Non-SAP projects at MCPI Private Limited since August 2013. As a Senior IT project support executive, responsibilities include initiating and managing web portals, identifying business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders for project execution. Avik has also held roles in software service delivery, ensuring high levels of client service and timely resolution of support tickets. Previous positions include SAP & Non-SAP Security administrator, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and Software Application support associate, providing a strong foundation in software management and analysis. Avik holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology and completed higher secondary education at Tamluk Hamilton High School.
