Christian Garcia Carbajal

Christian Garcia Carbajal has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. From 2018, they served as the North America Strategy & Business Transformation Vice President at McCain Foods. Prior to that, they were the Andean Managing Director/General Manager at the same company. Christian was also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Innov SAC from 2015 to 2018. Christian worked as the Mobile Business Unit Vice President at Millicom from 2016 to 2018. Christian held several roles at PepsiCo starting in 2005, including Country Manager, South Andean Region Strategic Planning & New Business Development Manager, Quaker Business Unit and Supermarket Customer Team CFO, and Latin America Capital Investment Manager.

Christian Garcia Carbajal completed a Practical English Program (Advanced Level) at UCLA in 2003. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima. Christian also holds additional certifications in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience from UC Berkeley Executive Education, Enhancing Team Wellbeing from Duke Corporate Education, and Driving Digital Transformation Experience from IMD Business School.
