Julia Mauer

Julia Mauer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Julia'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at McCain Foods since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global HRBP at McCain Foods from 2020 to 2022. Before joining McCain Foods, Julia held multiple roles at Capital One, including Director of Talent and Culture, Director of HR Business Partner & Internal Communications, and Head of Internal Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility. Julia also founded and served as the President of Julia Mauer Coaching from 2014 to 2018. Julia has also worked at companies such as Wrigley, Best Experience!, Renee's Gourmet, and MacLaren McCann in various marketing and brand management roles.

Julia Mauer has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and International Business from McGill University. Julia also holds a Professional Coaching Certificate from Adler. Julia has additional certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience from Yale School of Management, and is an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
